Terms & Conditions

You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain Activities and you take full responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in such Activities. You should not participate in Activities, especially desert safaris, if your health or pre-existing medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart ailments or back problems) may be adversely affected. The same applies to all children and elderly passengers.

Childred aged over three (3) years and less than eleven (11) years, enjoy a special fare on most Activities. Children above eleven (11) years pay full adult fares. At all times Sunshine Travel & Tours reserves the right to not accept children on Activities due to safety concerns.

Our safari vehicles are 4x4 Toyota Landcruiser or similar, which are fitted with safety belts, air-conditioned and licensed to carry up to six passengers, excluding the driver. A 7-seater, small bus or coach will be used on all City tours, depending on the number of clients and requirements. Please note that seatings are not pre-allocated, but we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Where we offer Activities provided by third parties, we act only as an agent for the operator and therefore the Terms & Conditions of the operator will be applicable and any refund will be subject to those Terms & Conditions. We are therefore not subject to any injury, damage or loss arising in connection with third party providers.

Sunshine Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of any of the Activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We shall be entitled to cancel, alter or omit any part of any Activity for which a booking has been made with or without notice and at our sole discretion. Furthermore operating schedules and routes of some Activities may change during the Holy Month of Ramadan, summer months or other public holidays. Due to the nature of many Activities, delays and cancellation may result due to factors beyond our or our supplier's control, such as weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the Activity concerned.

No refund will be payable if the booking has been cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to commencement of an Activity. Failure to turn up at the designated location for an Activity by the specified departure time shall be considered to be a cancellation. Refund will only be processed to the original mode of payment.
